This recipe is ideal for those who want to lose weight and to maintain it. In addition, it is so simple that it does not require almost time. Simply assemble the eggplant with the ham and cheese and put it in the oven, or grilled it. It can be seasoned with spices or light tomato sauce, which you can make yourself to avoid sugars and other items that contain packaged sauces.
